Who is TopPharmacy.com?

TopPharmacy.com is the online broker that connects medicine distributors around the world, mainly from India, USA, United Kingdom and Germany with customers worldwide. Over 10 years of experience have demonstrated our constant effort to achieve complete satisfaction for each of our clients.

What is the shipping cost?

Our normal shipping cost is $15 (US Dollars) per order. That is to say, we charge $15 for the whole order, no matter how many products you have ordered.

How long will it take before I receive my order?

It depends on the country you choose the product to be shipped from. The next is our chart of approximate delivery timeframes:
USA: Available only to US customers, delivery in 4-6 business days Shipped using USPS Priority Mail
UK: Service European customers only, delivery in 4-8 business days Shipped using Royal Post Express
India: Worldwide delivery 10-16 days. Shipped using EMS Courier
Germany: Service European customers only, delivery in 14-21 days Shipped using Registered Mail

Do you provide a tracking number?

Yes, once your order is dispatched, we will send you an e-mail with the tracking number of the package using one of the next tracking web sites (depending on the country the package was shipped from)

Is it safe to use my credit card with your company?

Yes, we have taken every precaution to make sure your transaction is secure. All account information submitted to us is safely isolated from unauthorized access. We are using SSL 128 bit Secure Certificates to protect your privacy. In addition our web site is scanned everyday by HackerSafe to assure that your information is completely secure.

Do you have more prescription drugs apart of the ones listed on the web site?

Yes, we do have more medicines in stock. If you are looking for a specific drug that you can’t find on our web site, please send us an e-mail with the name of the medication and we will tell you if we have it available.

How can I cancel my order?

If you want to cancel your order, you must notify us before the medication is sent. To cancel your actual order you need to send an e-mail to: info@toppharmacy.com

What happens if my order doesn’t arrive?

Our products usually arrive in the timeframe specified, but some delays out of our control might occur, like Customs checks, Holidays and other kinds of delays. Please be patient and allow us additional 1 week of time. We will resent the package for no cost to the customer if it is held by customs or report lost.

What happens if I need a refund?

For information on refunds, please contact us. Be sure to include your name, order number and a description of the problem and we'll get back to you with further details. We can make a complete refund if and only if the customer returns the products back to us to a specific address mentioned by TopPharmacy, the package must contain at least 90% of the product to qualify for a refund. We will make the refund when we have successfully received the package from the customer. Please take into consideration that after we have made the reverse transaction to your credit card, the money will appear back in your statement between 10-14 days after the refund is made. We are not held responsible for any delays made by our payment processing company.

Is my personal information kept confidential?

Absolutely the personal information you give us will only be viewed by authorized employees of our company for the purpose of completing your order. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.

Are the medications you sell safe?

YES, the medications we sell are safe to use. All of our medicines were approved by either US FDA (the case of US medicines), Indian FDA or European Medicines Agency (EMEA) respectively.

Is TopPharmacy a licensed drugstore?

It’s a pharmacy broker. Our job is to connect you with excellent pharmaceutical distributers round the world.

How do I know if the medicine I purchased is the most convenient for my treatment?

We provide FDA approved high quality medicines for customers that have been using that medication already, so we assume that you have a valid medical prescription. It´s very important the customers take time to reread the instructions (for their treatment case) to provide the correct use and manipulation to their medicine. Customers take responsibility for the use they provide to their medicines.
